LEKKER TEKENEN

This is LEKKER TEKENEN and it’s ⅓ of VOIDSCAPES4LIFE. 

This project is a safespace in which I express myself and to process my depression. This made it easier for me to communicate to others how I felt. I’m really happy that I can show it to a broader public. I hope this project inspires a conversation about depression and makes it easier for others to share their thoughts and feelings.  

LEKKER TEKENEN is about filling the emptiness (the world) in your head with drawings you, your friends/family and others make. I know it’s really hard but you don’t have to do things on your own, so I encourage you to draw something in this world and try to make a happier place for yourself.

You can’t redo or erase, just like you can’t erase in real life, but it’s okay to make mistakes so don’t be afraid.
